These Terms & Conditions apply to the personal assistant communications service operated by Robert Lee, a sole proprietor and the registered Brand for this messaging program.

Robert Lee uses an agentic AI assistant to support reminders, scheduling, appointment coordination, and communications on his behalf.

SMS Terms

Program Description

The Robert Lee SMS program provides personal assistant communications, including reminders, scheduling requests, appointment updates, requested follow-ups, and responses to questions. No marketing or promotional messages are sent through this program.

Consent to Receive Messages

Participation is voluntary. By opting in, you agree to receive messages from Robert Lee for the purposes described when your consent is collected. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

If you initiate a text conversation, the assistant may respond to your request. Initiating a conversation does not automatically enroll you in unrelated or recurring messages.

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies based on your requests, scheduling needs, and interactions.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for information about your messaging and data plan.

Opting Out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Message Delivery

Message delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your wireless provider, network availability, and other factors. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

AI-Assisted Communications

Messages may be generated or processed by an agentic AI assistant acting on Robert Lee’s behalf. The assistant can make mistakes. Contact Robert Lee directly to clarify information or confirm important arrangements.

This service is not intended for emergency communications.

Voice Calls

These SMS Terms apply to text messaging. Consent to receive text messages does not itself constitute consent to receive AI-generated or prerecorded voice calls.

Changes to These Terms

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Changes to these terms do not expand your messaging consent without any additional consent that may be required.
